Home…. is a word that is important to all of our lives. We want home to be safe, accommodating, and beautiful. I keep these aspects in mind by designing plans that accommodate today’s lifestyles, by selecting safe area neighborhoods, and by including amenities that further beautify quality construction. Buying or building a Ken Chambers Design/Build new home will also include something forgotten by many businesses today… service. Limiting the number of new homes under construction allows me to communicate directly to the buyer as construction progresses as well attend to the service after the sale homeowners deserve. Using quality products, and quality craftsmenship help minimize imperfections, but there will always be the need for unseen adjustments after the sale. This is where one call will initiate action. Most service calls will be handled or coordinated personally to assure their completion.
